Position Overview:

WPBrigade is looking for WordPress Developers who will be responsible for the back-end development, including the creation of WordPress themes and plugins. To excel in this role, you should have strong programming skills in PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, and JSON. An understanding of industry trends and content management systems is crucial, as is familiarity with the WordPress Web Development process, including development and deployment tools like Git and Nginx.

What WPBrigade Expects:

• You will be the go-to person for debugging issues related to WordPress Plugins and Customized Themes and providing effective solutions.
• Experience in developing WordPress Plugins is a must.
• Design and implement new features and functionality for products.
• Play a key role in establishing and guiding the product's architecture.
• Ensure high-performance and availability while managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
• Collaborate with the Front-End Developer Team to turn responsive designs into working themes and plugins.
• Take responsibility for maintaining, expanding, and scaling WPBrigade's products.
• Develop plugins and add-ons for existing market plugins.
• Provide team training to develop backup developers for the company's growth.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Databases, Logic building, and debugging is essential.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Manage, update, and conduct R&D for the product.
• Provide technical support to product customers.
• Develop technical solutions for complex business problems.
• Produce clean and efficient code for tools and applications.
• Familiarity with various operating systems (Linux, Mac OS, Windows) is a plus.
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications and standards.
